Our company
The h&z Business Academy, located in the centre of Munich, is a subsidiary of h&z Unternehmensberatung, a company established in 1997. We offer specialist training and methodology seminars that aim to develop the skills of employees and managers, focusing on the areas of procurement and supply chain management.
We work together with our clients to ascertain the specific training requirements of individual employees or of entire teams or departments, going on to develop customised training concepts that are perfectly tailored to those needs.
Our trainers have worked in industry and in consultancy for many years, so they have experience of the relevant procurement and supply chain management issues from their own careers. They have successfully designed and implemented a range of training concepts over the years. The specific technical content of the training programmes is complemented and rounded off as appropriate by selected "soft skills".
