e-learning
Depending on the subject e-learning can be an economically sensible alternative or addition (”blended learning“) to classical on-site training in many cases.
Professional e-learning, however, is much more than merely generating slides and other documents which are then published online: all opportunities offered by the internet have to be combined with traditional teaching- and learning methods in a holistic approach.
With a view to different media didactic, educational as well as methodological aspects have to be considered and incorporated when planning the final product. Whether CBT (computer-based training), WBT (web-based training) or training in a “virtual classroom“ the highest possible benefit for the participants is always the primary goal.
