Example of a “material group manager”:
Coaching and operational support for the manager in drawing up his or her material group dossier and working out an appropriate material group strategy.

Example of a “strategic procurement specialist”:
Advice and support for the specialist in preparing for and undertaking annual negotiations with strategic suppliers. Feedback sessions directly after negotiations for analysing how the negotiations went, individual strengths and weaknesses and the potential for improvement with a view to future negotiations.

Example of a “procurement manager”:
Coaching and operational support for the procurement manager (who is new to the role) in implementing a supplier management methodology, as well as deriving employee goals from the procurement strategy and preparing for the subsequent meetings with employees.
